Self Exclusion

Time-out

Ffbet provides a Time-out feature to allow a temporary break from all gambling activity. Once activated, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or access any of Ffbet's products until the selected period ends. The available Time-out periods are defined in your My Account profile and are fixed by the Company. A Time-out may be revoked only after 24 hours from the initial request. Upon expiry, the account will be automatically reactivated.

Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion is a longer-term protection measure. To initiate self-exclusion, you must contact Ffbet by email and inform us of your decision to pause activities. On receipt, your account will be placed on Stage 1, a 24-hour cooling-off period during which no gambling activity is permitted. After the cooling-off period has elapsed and while the account remains closed, our team will inform you of the available self-exclusion periods. The periods offered are fixed and cannot be varied. To proceed, you must respond by email with your chosen period. If we do not receive a response within a further 24 hours, the account will be reopened and confirmed by email. Once Self-exclusion is active, you will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds for the duration of the exclusion period. Upon expiration, the account will be automatically reactivated.

Financial protection and account controls

Ffbet provides financial protection measures to help manage gambling activity. You may set limits on spending, time, and activity within the My Account section. If you exceed any maximum self-imposed limit, further actions related to that limit will be restricted.

To revoke a limit or an exclusion, you must provide written or electronic notice to Ffbet. The Company will consider such requests; however, it reserves absolute discretion to deny the request.

Promotions and communications

Ffbet will take reasonable steps to ensure that promotional material is not sent to customers who have self-excluded or placed limits beyond their current allowances.

Support and responsible gaming

If you have concerns about gambling-related issues, you should seek independent professional guidance. Ffbet does not provide medical or mental health services, but we will assist in directing you to appropriate support channels available in your region.

Legal compliance and age

Under-18 participation is strictly forbidden. Underage gambling is an offence. By using Ffbet, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age where you reside and that you comply with the applicable laws and licensing requirements governing online gambling.
