Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Ffbet online casino platform and related services (the Casino). By registering, logging in, or placing bets, the User enters into a binding agreement with Ffbet. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Operator and supersede all prior representations. Each clause is separable; if any provision is void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. • Version: the current operative version of these Terms as published on the Website.

Eligibility and Account Creation

Participation is subject to applicable law. The User must meet the minimum legal age in the jurisdiction governing their use of the Casino, which shall not be below 18 years unless higher age limits apply by local law. The Operator may require age verification at any time. Access may be restricted for residents of certain jurisdictions. Registration, Identity and Security

Each User may hold only one Member Account. The User must select a username and password, keep login credentials confidential, and not disclose them to third parties. The Operator is not liable for any loss arising from a User’s disclosure or misuse of login details. The User may be required to provide identification documents and supporting information to verify identity and payment methods. The Operator may suspend or close the User’s account if information is false or if there is fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Accounts, Deposits and Funds

The User may participate only when sufficient funds are available in the Member Account. The Operator does not offer credit. Deposits are governed by the available deposit methods; funds become available for wagering upon successful credit to the account. The Operator may perform identity verification checks in connection with deposits. Balances do not earn interest.

Withdrawals and Payouts

Withdrawals may be requested up to the User’s Available to Bet balance via the Website. Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the deposit unless the Operator determines otherwise. The Operator may require identity verification prior to processing withdrawals and reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if deposits or wagering requirements are not satisfied. Withdrawals are subject to applicable security checks and anti‑fraud measures. The Operator may withhold or reclaim funds in cases of suspected irregular or suspicious activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse or hedge betting.

Wagering, Promotions and Bonuses

Bonuses and promotions are offered at the Operator’s discretion and are subject to specific Promotion Terms. Bonus funds are typically not withdrawable and may be deducted from winnings during payout. Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds and cashback, and the Operator reserves the right to adjust or terminate bonuses or promotions at any time. The User acknowledges that promoting or abusing bonuses may lead to account suspension or forfeiture of funds.

Fair Gaming, Security and Technical Integrity

In the event of a technical failure or computer glitch, bets in play may be considered void, and the Operator shall not be liable for losses or other issues arising from such failures. The Operator may implement security verification processes at any time, and failure to comply may result in suspension or forfeiture of funds or access.

Responsible Gaming, AML and Compliance

The Operator promotes responsible gaming practices and may offer limits or self‑exclusion options. The User is responsible for compliance with anti‑money laundering requirements and for reporting gambling winnings for applicable taxes in their jurisdiction. The User shall not engage in fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity, nor utilize software, bots or hardware to automate gameplay.

Crypto Payments

Bitcoin deposits are accepted only through the designated cashier process. The User is responsible for correctly transferring BTC to the provided address for each deposit. The Operator does not process or credit deposits made with other cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin deposits must be initiated within the cashier for every deposit to be credited; BCH or other currencies are not redeemable to the User’s account.

Inactive Accounts, Closure and Forfeiture

If a User does not log in or place a wager for a period of 90 days, the Operator may forfeit the balance, subject to review on a case‑by‑case basis if a withdrawal is subsequently requested. The User may close the account at any time and the Operator will return available funds after deducting any applicable withdrawal charges and settling open bets, using the method chosen by the Operator.

Intellectual Property and Restrictions

All software, games and related content offered by the Casino are protected by intellectual property laws. The User is granted a limited, non‑exclusive license to use Licensed Materials for personal, non‑commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms. No right, title or interest in the Licensed Materials is transferred to the User beyond the license herein.

Communications, Privacy and Data Protection

The Operator will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering, the User consents to the processing of personal data for purposes including account management, payments and marketing communications to the extent permitted by applicable law. The User may opt out of promotional communications as provided by the Privacy Policy. The Operator may monitor activity to detect fraud and ensure compliance with these Terms.

Changes to Terms and Versioning

The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time. Substantial changes will be communicated or posted with a new Version and effective date. Continued use of the Website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. The Version number and date displayed on the Terms page indicate the current binding version.

Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Operator is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Casino shall be resolved in the competent courts under that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory complaint and dispute resolution mechanisms applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.
